2007:

Advising and representing MAVA S.A., the Greek importer of Renault vehicles, with regard to a complaint brought before the Hellenic Competition Commission against MAVA, on allegations of imposing resale prices of vehicles upon its authorized distributors.

Acting as sole Greek law advisors to the Arrangers and the Agent in respect of a € 800,000,000 syndicated multicurrency facility to Titan Global Finance PLC, guaranteed by Titan Cement S.A.

2006:

Advising and representing IATA (the International Air Transport Association) successfully in proceedings before the Hellenic Competition Commission against Hellenic Petroleum S.A. and Motor Oil S.A., in a case related to concerted practices in determining sale prices of air fuel.

Advising and representing PepsiCo Ivi S.A. successfully in proceedings before the Hellenic Competition Commission against Coca Cola Hellenic Bottling Company S.A., related to the imposition of fines for failing to comply with a previous decision of the Commission.

Acting as sole Greek law advisors to the Arranger and the Noteholders in respect of the issuance of € 60,000,000 bonds by Lamda Detergent S.A.

2005:

Acting as sole Greek law advisors to the Noteholders and the Arranger in respect of the issuance of US$ 114,000,000 and € 14,017,080 senior notes by M.J. Maillis S.A. (December 2005).

Acting as sole Greek law advisors to the Mandated Lead Arrangers and the Agent in respect of the issuance
of € 200,000,000 bonds by Delta Holding S.A. (July 2005).

2004:

Advising a world leading broadcaster on corporate and tax presence, human resources and vendor sourcing issues relevant to its television coverage of the Athens 2004 Olympics.

Advising Jack Morton Worldwide Plc. in connection with the production of the Athens 2004 Olympics opening and closing ceremonies.

Advising Piraeus Bank S.A., as lead underwriter on the Marfin Financial Group triple private-to-public holding company merger, involving legal due diligence of 27 legal entities, including two credit institutions, four investment services companies, four portfolio management companies, two mutual fund management companies and two venture capital funds, as well as four parallel restructuring mergers of direct and indirect holdings of the merging parents.

2003:

Acting as sole legal advisor to the Hellenic Republic with regard to the privatization of the Athens suburban railroad by means of a management agreement with French operator RATP.

Advising Greek composers and artists in connection with the successful complaint before the national competition authority against AEPI S.A., the Greek de facto monopoly in collective management of intellectual property rights.

Advising bottler Agni S.A. in connection with the successful 2003 complaint before the national competition authority on a case of abuse of dominant position, leading to a landmark case on point-of-sale use of coolers.

Acting as legal advisor to the Hellenic Republic with regard to the privatization of the Piraeus Port Authority (completed in July 2003), involving structuring a full concession of infrastructure assets, supporting transition to private sector accounting standards, corporate governance processes and an initial public offering of shares, in view of admission of shares on the Athens Stock Exchange. In addition to the above, the firm’s work on the Piraeus Port Authority privatization has involved support of the Hellenic Republic on matters of Greek law in connection with the exchange of Luxemburg listed Hellenic Exchangeable Bonds (“Prometoha”) for Piraeus Port Authority shares.

2002:

Advising the Postal Savings Bank on the acquisition of 17.2% of stock of Bank of Attika S.A.

Advising OTE S.A. with regard to updating its annual disclosure to the Securities and Exchange Commission
(Form 20-F) in 2002.

2001:

Acting as legal advisor to the Hellenic Republic with regard to the privatization of the Thessaloniki Port Authority (completed in July 2001).

2000:

Acting as Greek law advisors to OTE S.A. in respect of the issuance of € 1.1 billion Eurobonds in 2000, the first Euro-denominated corporate issue out of Greece.
